Weekly Rituals

At our weekly visit to the Adega, with our first Mouranense friend, Zé Maria. Lots of Cante Alentejano, laughter and chat, and helping ourselves to the petiscos on the bar.

Earlier we went to the weekly market, and had our monthly FaceTime with the support group, so encouraging.

Going to walk Lula now, maybe jump in the Lake (still pretty hot), and then it's the Eucharist (where I'm reading, and thankfully not singing, the psalm), followed by our weekly meal with the Padre.
