Knee went *snap* today as I got out the car. Physio exercises to be dug out (I tore my ACL 20 years ago and had it reconstructed 15 years ago, so I know the score - it plays up sometimes, but today was a proper ‘oh fuck’ moment). Going to have to lay off the turbo for a few nights - tried later in the evening thinking the motion might help. But oh my word no....
