Edafest Day 29

Let there be cake!

Grace had to go into school this morning but after Eda's nap we picked her up and headed off to the Watersky Chinese restaurant for Dim Sum with John's family (or at least the ones in the SW) to celebrate Eda's birthday. We have been a couple of times before for Chinese New Year and its great going with Grace's S i L as she is from Taiwan and we let her do all the choosing and ordering. As usual we ate too much but it was all delicious. Eda tried a little and also enjoyed playing with the chopsticks.
After we all went back home for cake. Yes the cakes got finished late last night and this is the smaller one of the two for the family. Not sure Eda knows what to make of the candle but she certainly ate some cake later, as did everyone else.

She got more great presents and enjoyed her bath this evening with some new bath toys from her other Granny.
