Sunshine at Blacksness

A windy day, and heavy showers all morning.  The showers got less through the afternoon, but still going tonight.  A bit of sunshine before it set.

Weekend off, and started it with a lazy morning.  I finally got up and going, and with the poor day, it was a chance to get on with chores.  I managed to get out with Sammy in the afternoon, and couple more times later.  Friends Robert and Shannon came over for a cuppa in the afternoon, and then a visit from mam and Elise.  Been down to mam's this evening.  

I managed a walk with Sammy after tea, and it stayed dry.  It was fairly dull as we walked around Scalloway, but as we came down to the harbour, the sun came out.  It was getting low in the sky, and had a lovely golden shine.  Looking over Blacksness pier, and towards the Scalloway Castle.
