preliminary

I did a little loosen up run before the half marathon tomorrow. I set out planning three nice miles in the autumnal park and ended up going through the east end of the city and around Celtic Park instead. This is the sort of thing that happens to me all the time, because I can’t stand to follow instructions, even ones I give myself, and I can never resist seeing where a random path will take me.
