Silage Saturday....

A wee bit chilly in the wind today.
Rowed up the end rigs of the grass I cut last night and bales them up this afternoon . Things didn’t go to plan as a few jam ups with the baler. Every New Holland baler I have ever had doesn’t like short, wet 2nd cut grass , and this new one is no exception. A Stanley knife is an essential bit of kit in the tractor.
Wee brother carted in the 40 odd bales I made and left me to wrap them . Hope it stays dry to bale the rest tomorrow !
