Risotto

I know it's not very pretty, but for a first attempt at risotto, it doesn't taste half bad! The dish is flavoured with leeks, courgettes, prawns and vegetable stock, and it's from a cookbook titled 'Comfort Food'. Oh, and there's butter. Lots and lots of butter. In my opinion, that's the hallmark of any half-decent recipe.
