Escaped, defeated, but....

Saturday 29th September 2018, my Waterloo day!

LD_Chamois had planned another full day for us all yesterday! It started with a game of scrabble, which I lost! It continued with an adventurous hour in an “escape room”, which we managed to escape in just over 50 minutes, thanks to great team work! It proceeded with a typical Dutch lunch, followed by some quiet time playing two more games, one of which I lost again!

The day had been great until then and I was feeling very happy, but nothing had prepared me to the last surprise: a night at the opera! It was LD_Chamois’s first time and my umpteenth, but we both loved every minute of it! We saw “The Magic Flute” sung in German! Absolutely amazing!

Thank you LD_Chamois for yet another fabulous day! I’m feeling so privileged, lucky and, above all, spoilt rotten! :-)
