Dear Diary,

The seed bowl has been action central since I returned.  Every little one seems to be making up for the lost time.  Perhaps, despite our mild weather, they know what lurks around the corner for us.  I just hope they know that I will continue to put out dishes of seed even when the weather gets bad.

This is little Rudy, a very cheeky fellow.  But he usually patiently awaits his turn.  He's just finishing up the leftovers from Gaylord and the chipmunks.  He's looking back at me as if to say, "Waiter, I believe my bowl is empty!"  I will, as soon as I finish this, go out and replenish it.  Can't let my customers go hungry, even for a minute.
