Sleepover weekend

We've had quite a busy weekend, being out for dinner with friends on Friday night and Violet coming to stay with us for a sleepover yesterday and last night.  This morning I took my usual Sunday walk with Zeus09s mum and Zeus.  The sunshine was still bright but there is just that trace of a nip in the air now, as we reach the last day of September.
When I returned home, Violet was still with us and having a good time trying on her selection of dressing up outfits. I took this shot before she was taken out for lunch at MacDonald's by Daughter #1 and her partner.  You can't see in this picture that she's wearing her catgirl  dress (from Halloween last year).  She happily went out wearing it!
