Glen Etive II

After a cracking evening it was up for breakfast, give the place a tidy and get back on the hill.

Decided on Ben Starav today, forecasts were for the odd shower and off myself, Cabey, Sharon, Lucy and Nigel went. We managed to mss the bridge and a river crossing that one commentator described as "on the edge of common sense" was made before fast progress was made up the hill. The inevitable clag came in with intermittent snow showers as we went up the snowy ridge to the summit. Almost on cue the clouds broke and the summit cleared as we were about 200 m back down from it. Then the most amazing light started to bathe the glen. I guess it's these wee moments you go up there for.
