Stainless Steel

Went to a blue plaque unveiling today in Torquay. The plaque commemorates the inventor of stainless steel, Harry Brearley, and it’s invention in Sheffield. He retired to Torquay and lived here.
Sheffield United FC helped sponsor it and It was unveiled by former star player and England international Tony Currie, right, who also played for Torquay United in 1984.
