Get in the queue

Down near Hayling Ferry near Southsea, the starlings have become very very confident. If you sit down to drink your cuppa and eat your crisps you will be joined by lots and lots of brave and friendly starlings who are happy to eat out of your hand. They often sit on wing mirrors waiting for titbits.

Here they are queuing up on some fencing. I couldn't capture all of them as they were in the trees, on window ledges and on the guttering. They are the Jack the Lads of the bird world.
