The Thomas Family

So that's it, all of our children now happily married after the wedding of Julia and Dean today.
It was a lovely, low key, affair with no big pounding disco late into the night, no drunks, it was lovely from start to finish which was around 2100 this evening. There were just a few of us around one table for the last hour or so, chatting and laughing.

Around midday we set off from the hotel for the registry office, it was a lovely ceremony with quite a few laughs thrown in as well as the serious bits.

A very good meal followed by speeches from myself, Dean and his best man Jamie. It was a great day.
