One man and his dog ....

On my morning run through this Gloucestershire village this morning I met this resident who has lived here for over forty years. He talked about the craftsmanship of the turn stile, its lack of maintenance, and the carving up of the village with the arrival of the adjacent M5 and the incessant tyre noise - which gets far worse in the rain. He also pointed to the Cotswold escarpment above the village and said over that hill there is where the bad weather comes from and the next deluge is due at 1500 today!
