Circus Act

My grandfather had a brother who left for the States when he was very young and joined a circus. He was a sword swallower and I often wondered how the son of a fisherman ever learned that craft.  This BlueJay showed me the same trick with this peanut. I have several shots showing him swallowing the peanut completely and then he went back looking for more!

Birds are fascinating creatures.

Other than that, a very dull, cool day but I got lots accomplished around the yard and house so it was a day well spent.  I hope you all enjoyed yours!
