Beautifully written by husband and wife team, Amy Besa and Romy Dorotan, Memories of Philippine Kitchens was launched today. The owners of the Filipino restaurant, Purple Yam in New York, this couple has tirelessly and passionately been trying to recreate the food of their origins.
