Autumn with a hint of Summer

What a shame we lost yesterday's gorgeous sunshine ...... it was cool & grey all day ..... we even had a few spots of rain!

Undaunted we wrapped up a went to Westgate Wood

There wasn't much about ...... we did hear a few birds but they were hiding amongst the trees out of the cool wind!

We did see plenty of signs of autumn ...... the leaves on the Spindle tree were turning a beautiful colour & there were berries everywhere. We did find this one lone Clover flower ...... it was tucked away under a bush!
