Sunrise

Sunrise this morning - it was a gorgeous one again, thanks to the clear skies. 

Busy day, doing a major catch up after having Friday off. Didn't help that I'd forgotten to put my out of office on.... 

I have a student with me the next two weeks. Always interesting to have a different perspective around. 

I had another physio session - this time they were very pleased with the progress I had made, and the inch extra movement lifting sideways. I have more exercises to do. My shoulder hurts tonight - but this is worth it.
