Monday: Grey Day

Chilly start to the day, I spent an hour or two dismantling an old white linen work shirt - I need fabric for a new project and my old shirt is perfect.
Experimented with stamping flowers onto the linen fabric and paper and rice paper, pleased with the results ...
Went outdoors to eat lunch, in a sheltered spot with an extra fleece jacket on. It had started off sunny but went grey and overcast very quickly, rain held off until darkness.
I emptied some pots and mixed up some compost for potting up a Japanese Medlar and a Bee Tree which arrived a few days ago.
I’ve given today’s blip a metallic look.
