Ladies who Lunch!

I've just had a super lunch with two very good friends who know much more about the technical side of food and catering than I ever will. The food was fabulous and the presentation exquisite and I was too busy enjoying it to even think about a blip until the upmarket petit fours appeared.
Here are the 'deconstructed raspberry lollies', sorrel marshmallows and 3 chocolates that were impossible to eat without leaving trails of cocoa on a beautiful white linen table cloth. We clearly need more practise at this game!
