Official Languages?

In this sign there are clearly more than one language other than English, which appear to be languages of Russia, though I haven't figured out which is which or the names of them. As I searched languages of Russia on the internet, there are several officially recognised languages within the nation's various constituencies.

However, I'm relieved I can get what the most of the illustrations on the lower part of the sign are conveying (except the second one from the right on the second row).
