Sad garden

I blip this tree twice a year usually, but it's looking so sad at the moment. It's a little restful garden where 4 of our estate roads meet and I nearly always walk that way back with the dogs every morning. The estate still hasn't been adopted by the council after about 12 years I think, so no doubt this little patch is not on anyone's keep tidy sheet. So sad. If I lived in one of the two houses behind it, I'd at least pull the weeds out.
