Back on the bounce

It's been a while since I've had to do this, to London and back in a day. Not that it's a big deal: 0924 from Oxenholme, into London just after midday, stroll across to St James' Square to have lunch with my brother and a chap he works with.

After that, I had the meeting I'd come down for and then it was back to Euston, only to find there had been a signal failure at Watford Junction and the concourse was packed with frustrated travellers. To cut a long and boring story short, I was only an hour late home in the end. But I have to go back to London tomorrow :-/
