Minstrel.

Every time Minstrel has tried to sit on my lap today he's chosen to do it minutes before I had to get up and do something. This did not go down well with him, so he made sure he was on the computer chair before I wanted it. I didn't have the heart to move him on again, so I'm on a hard wooden chair doing this. 

Today I have been into town and had my hair coloured and cut. It is looking much improved!

The diet is going well. I won't be putting coriander in burgers again though - it just tastes wrong! And I wish I'd checked before starting this. Brian is off next week, which means a chance to go out and about a bit. Not to be tied to the house making my own food!
