Misty and dreich

No sign of them there Campsies today - so disappointing after yesterday's sunshine - but some consolation in the autumn colours on the trees.

Today I've been busy in the kitchen using up a bag of apples from Anne and Drum's tree: curried parsnip and apple soup and a spiced apple cake. Both recipes made for 'interesting' smells :-)
