Roker Pier

Really struggling today with manflu. Head pounding, body aching, nose streaming and I had to drive to Newcastle for a meeting.

Meeting lasted 2.5 hours which was 2 hours more than I had hoped.

Then travelled to Sunderland to my hotel and was meeting a colleague and two customers who had travelled up from Hastings for a meeting with us tomorrow.

I was planning to have an early night but thought as they’d travelled 6.5 hours I’d better meet them for drinks and dinner.

I couldn’t eat my dinner. No appetite.

Good night though with them.
