The opening of the Big Bag

Kate sent home a huge bag of vintage textiles from India which has been waiting to be opened on her return home. It has been very exciting opening it up - I really thought the odd cobra would appear.
The Kantha quilts have thousands of stitches running through two layers of fabric and the patterns are wonderful.
