Fridge risen

D had another early start in order to go back out to the island and help tidy up and square everything away before they close everything down for the winter. I nipped up to the allotment and got the broad beans sown (always a satisfying thing to do) and made another sourdough loaf.

This one had an overnight rising in the fridge, as recommended by the Watcher on the Marches. Having tasted it the next day it's the best I've made yet - thank you, J! Texture not quite as open as nogbad's most recent triumph, but very good eating. :-)
