A productive day and I've enjoyed getting my teeth into the Mozambique programme, as over the last few years I've generally been spread over many places at the same time. I stayed late in the office but I had managed a lunch of Vietnamese broth with Thomasina as I'm a firm believer that if you put in long hours you intersperse the working day with pleasant things.

In the evening a successful wrapping up of most of the trustee extra-curricular things I'm embroiled in, which feels like a relief as it's been hugely rewarding but a huge commitment since early 2016.

I'm careering towards the date I will leave the UK and need to get my game face on with various logistics and practicalities.
