Landscape Photography Exhibition

Spent an enjoyable day at London's Southbank, first visiting the World Press Photo Exhibition at the Royal Festival Hall, and then moving on to the Landscape Photographer of the Year exhibition at the National Theatre.

The latter was particularly enjoyable - fantastic images well displayed, as always, in the excellent space of the Lyttleton Theatre foyer. As there was no performance this afternoon at the Lyttleton, the exhibition was very quiet and we could browse round at leisure. There were few others looking at the pictures, just a handful of people working on their laptops or using the space for one-to-one business meetings. Even the bar staff had time to chat to each other as they had no customers.

I shall probably return to this exhibition (free entry) before it finishes on 12th January.
