What to fo with your apples

Have them made into cider! Took ours along to Cairn o Mohr winery today. They weigh them then give you a voucher to use in the shop. I didn't have many apples to take but the guy behind me had sackloads. I put my voucher towards a bottle of their Apple and meadowsweet cider - something for Callums Christmas stocking...
