Unique metal tool

This is a black metal forged tool. Never sure what it was. Thinking perhaps a corn cob drying tool. I thought it was a cool sculptural wall art piece. It would also make a great draping of necklaces hanger , or herb drying holder. I love simple items, almost a primitive African tool in feeling. Just so interesting in its shape.
