Beauty is in the eyes of the Beholder

I found the aging sunflowers beautiful in a new way.....more definition in the center....pleasant colors in the petals.....a graceful movement in the dried up petals.....leaves still green and shiny....but a stem famously strong holding the flower from an outright tip over to the ground. Lovely in my eyes today. 

Perhaps I want to believe that aging can be graceful and that I am being supported by something stronger than me. Yes, I need that today.
