Dragonfly

Last night’s dinner with Kent’s siblings and spouses was noisy from beginning to end as it always is. This time most of the conversation revolved around how everyone fared during the hurricane and the resulting cleanup.

While there, Kent’s sister Pat gave me her dragonfly necklace. She has had it for many years and says she forgets to wear it. Knowing how much I like dragonflies and jewelry she knows it’ll get better use with me. I’m thrilled.

Today I think will be a day spent primarily in the living room working on some crafts for Christmas.
