Equipment

I bought some pastry cutters in RTW yesterday. It really isn't safe letting me go into a shop selling cooking equipment and yesterday I visited a few. I've calculated that the cost of kit against the savings in baking my own bread mean that I'll be quids in round about 2056. In Lakeside yesterday I spotted a woman with a skeleton in a shopping bag - as you do - so it was worth it and they have rather lovely chocolate beans full of brandy available for sampling.

Relaxing today. I've baked a sourdough and rye loaf, there are caraway seeds in this and it's very tasty, and prepped a brown loaf. I'm also going to cook a straight white for bread & butter pudding. I'm making a pizza later but for now it's a cup of tea and back to my book.
