Neighbour's water

This is at the bottom of our garden
Neighbour next to him has installed a pump to a soak away
If he doesn't switch that on, I will have to "wade" & set up our pump
Of course the neighbour who has this water problem couldn't care less as its over 200 ft from his house & Hs lawn slopes away from it!!!!!!!
I emptied six of my water butts around the chalet & greenhouse & they collected more water
