ICR Presentation 2/31

In 2016 my brother-in-law managed to ride the 60 miles of the gruelling Dartmoor Demon roadcycle sportif with 10 friends and family. He had (and still has) stage 4 bowel cancer.  Tim raised a staggering £273,000 (which some of my kind Flickr friends also generously contributed to) for The Institute of Cancer Research who are at the sharp end in the fight against this terrifying illness.  

Last night we had the final presentation of the cheque and a talk from Prof Raj Chopra (Head of Cancer Therapeutics). This money was vital in opening up new lines of research and furthering the ICR's work.
