Stomping

I love this lovely lady!! I see her every day marching up and down the coast -when I am marching up and down the coast and she keeps up a very good pace - Her face is always white with zinc (plus a bit of red lippy just to glam it up a bit!) She must walk about an 8km round trip - and she often has a swim on the way ...... got to keep moving!
