morning tea!

Had a break between jayne and the doctors so we decided to go to coffee bean which is luckily enough next door to the doctors :) I had poached egg on toast and tea, Dave had sausage bap and latte. I had alot to digest as jayne has decided it was time to end are sessions :( this is upsetting but I knew it was coming as I had been seeing her 5 years and there is a waiting list of people worse than me who need her lovely help. We were both in tears years is a long time. Just as I was going and giving her a hug, I stood in A pile of dog sh*t!!! not happy, its not big! and its not hard! letting your dog foul on the pavements. The annoying thing was I had to go to doctors for the lump and its all I needed!

It was the same Dr I saw who who dealt with my arm the other week, he was surprised that I have another infection as im already on antibiotics for 8weeks! so he told me to come off these one and prescribed a strong dose with 2 antibiotics in one, he said this will sort them out! i have herd this before time will tell He also prescribed some oil to put in the bath 4times a week, the thing is I dont do baths i do showers!

ENDING ON A POSITIVE

On Tuesday im rejoining weight watchers I lost of 3st last time I did it with lin but this time im going it alone. I can do it! I will do it! im not guna quit this time :)
