Start and end the day right

Joined a running group at church in a motivational attempt to get myself up and out on a Saturday morning through the Winter. And up and out I got even though it poured with rain for the entire Park Run so safe to say the motivation worked. And I met some lovely new people too, although every one of them had at least ten years youth on me so my motivation for the next 8 weeks will be not to trail the pack at least once!
And I ended the day nicely on a cocktail or two but was heavily yawning by midnight!
