Autumn cones

A quick garden blip today, just popped out to see how things are.......not much change at this time of year. Thought these decaying echinachae looked quite nice.

We left hubs sis and BiLs in Southampton about 10.40 this morning and arrived home just in time for hub to catch "the Saints" kicking off against Chelsea at 2.15, so a pretty good run home. Shame the result of the footy wasn't so good :-/

We have had to put the heating on for an hour or so, the house felt really chilly but its warmed up now.

Think its going to be pan fried chicken fillets with lime and coconut marinate, with some special fried rice for dinner, quick and easy ;-)

The weather for the coming week is looking as though it will warm up again, that will be nice :-)
