DEMYSTIFYING CHAKRAS

The title of the yoga retreat was a little out there for me, but the teacher's approach was wonderfully inclusive and not at all weird.   Eco Yoga lives up to its reputation and there was sadly too little time to experience it fully - you do spend a lot of time bathing (see tomorrow!)  eating and sleeping.  I stole a quiet half hour for me and the Sony (we are in a new relationship and still getting to know one other).

I was horribly tired, overwrought and confused when I arrived, but left feeling refreshed, empowered and focused.  Or if you prefer, my chakras are realigned.
