Malham day 2

Second day of cycling around the Yorkshire Dales National Park. Only 30 miles today, but they were quite hard. We headed out towards Malham in the chilly sunshine, what a fab morning. Up the right hand side of the cove, up a 20% hill! Really steep and long. On to the top and around Malham Tarn where it was quite cold and I reapplied all the layers I had taken off on the epic climb. Stunning at the top. An extra was taken on the bike on the way up

Then a very fast descent to the tea stop in Malham. A fast ride home after tea. Thank you JDTandems for organising a fab weekend.

Long drive home, but home safely and the house feels empty without the two dogs. They will be home tomorrow afternoon
