It's now or never,

A surprise met me this afternoon as I walked up the path of St Nicholas Church in Chislehurst.
A beautiful bride on the arm of her father, with her brightly clothed entourage, was waiting to enter the church for her wedding

The young vicar explained to her the procedure and the official photographer snapped away. As she moved forward to enter the church, the few onlookers clapped, told her how beautiful she looked and wished her good luck.

It was a beautiful warm and sunny afternoon which was fortunate for the bride. It was an unexpected event to come across as I haven't known a wedding to take place on a Sunday at this particular church.
