Notes: Napped a couple hrs. Mic and Debbie arrived 6p. We left around 7p for downtown, Debbie picked up her friend, Valerie Silk (early days assoc w/ Ironman). Late dinner at Bella Brava outside. Home around 11p and to bed late.
