holding up a 8 for artistic interpretation and a miserly 7 content today ... should have been mucho better than what it was , in the round it really wasnt that bad. We havnt had a remote on the TV for a couple of years now, it got dunked in tea,,, not a calamity in itself but have been switching the TV over manually since then ,, which is fine till that button went pop today,, damnit .. so ok fine, get a new remote... found one on ebay ..ordered it ,, went to pay on paypal.. your card hasnt been accepted,, now im just resisting the urge to mutter a few choice words... so thats the way todays gonner go eh .. anyway got sorted after a bit of aggro..
On a more sad note, a funeral was held today of a family member of one Basingstoke families that everyone knows and knows for the right reasons, taken too young by cancer , Andrew Rose, rest in peace and my sincere condolences go to his his widow and his family. Funking away in heaven now..
went for a nice walk round Basing woods today where this pic was taken.. the amount of water running off the flat bits into the gulleys made for a nice zen like state of mind listening to the tinkerling water... felt for the deer aplenty that live in woods , they must be suffering from trench foot,,soggies the word yuks the action. ... heading into a really busy period of time now.. work are gearing themselves up for a christmas of gargantuan proportions.. think christmas is coming at me like groundrush.
The girls are both crook and off school today but mustered up the energy to rake the way through the christmas decs ,, have my contribution to the decs to do ,, my ` over the dinner table ,looks like a UFO` thing ,,will do a pic when its done..
anyway, niteshift tonite..a gig tomorrow nite , a charity run sunday immediately followed by another nite shift..geez.
