incomplete state
We own and live in an ex-State House built in 1944, on the hills over looking Dunedin (which I imagine was shocking to the wealthy of the time as until then the lower classes had been confined to low lying South Dunedin).
We are in the process of turning it from what we used to describe when giving directions as "the ugliest house in the street" (no-one ever got lost) to a nice home that is about now but remembers where it came from.
So today we attacked one more detail, ticked one more job off the list.
Plenty more to do but it feels good.
