Still waters

..... on the lake of St Moritz.
I attended my first physiotherapy session today and it went well. My concerns are all normal so "patience" is my middle name. M went to the gym and on the way back we stopped by the lake - M to have his morning coffee and croissant, and me to take a photo (not from my terrace)!
Later I did a 20 minute walk. It's progress, albeit slow.
