Knaresborough Castle

This morning I had to take the car in to have the dents in the roof repaired (don't ask!), and so I found myself in Knaresborough at around 8:30a.m.
I went to have a look at the castle and decided on this shot for a blip. It is
 good to see the grounds are being kept tidy, although it may have something to do with the fact that it is an important tourist attraction for the town.
I have included in the extras a shot of the railway bridge, although this is a view that has probably been photographed a million times before. There appears to be a fair amount of vegetation sprouting from the stonework which won't be doing the structure any good.
